The Hudson Theatre Ensemble launched HTE Children Series - Silly on Sixth! in the Spring of 2004 in response to the evolution of Hoboken into a mecca for young families and children. Our name Silly on Sixth! refers to the location of our beautiful, child-friendly, 80-seat theater at the Hudson School Performance Space on Sixth Street in Hoboken, NJ and to how much fun you will have at the shows. Our theatre is on the ground floor and is completely barrier-free and accessible to persons with disabilities.

Silly on Sixth! is performed by a committed and very funny group of experienced adult actors. The audience response has proved that there is a strong desire by the community for this high level of production. The HTE Children’s Series delights young children while entertaining their parents and enjoys an enthusiastic following.
